The third edition of World Marrow Donor Day was a true global celebration! World Marrow Donor Day would like to thank you all for your efforts to thank all donors around the world on this special day in 2017.

With more then 350 events organised by over 65 organisations on all continents of the world it is safe to say that WMDD 2017 was a great success. 

The winners of this year are:

• Grand prize: Italian Bone Marrow Donor Registry – IBMDR
• Originality prize: REDOME – Registro Nacional de Doadores Voluntarios de Medula Ossea, Brazil
• Incentive prize: Czech Stem Cells Registry Prague – CSCR
